Re: Are habits/routines hard to break?

    Depends on each individual.
    Reported by Ibn al-Salah:

It also depends on what the habits/routines are and the motivation behind breaking them.
Ya Muqallib al-Quloob, thabbit qalbi 'alaa Deenik
O' Converter of Hearts, make my heart steadfast upon Thy Way
We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.

I developed habit of smoking at my younger days and than left it after I had children.
Later restarted after break of 5 years.
I feel all get down to a decision some where in your mind.
