    Quite a trek mashaAllah.

What time was House of Fragrance open? I'd like to go.

I paid £25 at Salama Business Centre for a full length overhead abaya I never wore so I'd pay £27 for one which is the right length etc, which mine wasn't.

As with most things, there will probably be somewhere cheaper, but it's usually alot of hassle.

Once she has one, you could find someone to sew her more using that as a template.

^House of a fragrance a big no no. When I bought mine, the material was rubbish and it ripped after a while. I haven't read the full thread sorry, but your best bet is Salama Business centre cov road

HoF is a bit of a rip off generally. no offence but if u can get from somewhere else, do so. Have u tried Saif on Rock Road?

went to coventry road for the 3rd time this week at 4 oclock through the mad traffic. checked out the abayas at salafi bookstore, mashaAllah they had enough, but house of fragrance's abaya was better quality.

eventually bought the one at house of fragrance.

                        Salam Alaykum,

Have you tried Taybah Collection on ladypool road? I think it's quite a new shop because I never noticed it there before - I was just driving by and saw some amazing dresses and abayas in their window. So I decided to stop and check it out ... glad I did because they had really beautifull designs. It's not like the islamic book shops where they try to sell everything - they just specialise in Islamic clothing for women.
They've got a website www.taybahcolleciton.com and a facebook page as well.

You can try http://www.akhawat.co.uk, they sell a range of gulf abayas and no form fitting styles similar to the overhead abayas as well as the butterfly abayas ect. They do also have a bespoke abaya design service so you can probably have one made to order in your size either with or without embroidery and matching shayla
