if walking makes you gasp for air, see a doctor and if there's no medical reason why not to, get in the gym and get fit!

I'm a slow walker when I am not obligated to be somewhere or do anything. Like, if i'm just strolling with a friend or going to the store it's just faster than a snail's pace

                  Do you walk slow?
                  Are you a brisk walker?
Do you waddle whilst you walk?
Do you walk with a shuffle?
                  Can you lift your feet?
Does walking fast make you gasp for air?
                  ???

Oh, you poor thing, you don't know these words?
Let me help you out, son.

                    brisk: alert: quick and energetic
                    waddle: toddle: walk unsteadily
shuffle: walk by dragging one's feet
gasp: pant: breathe noisily, as when one is exhausted

There. Now, you can participate in the discussion, too.
Secure few moments, everyday, to reflect upon the innumerable blessings of Allah and thank Him for bestowing them upon you.

"A person who is blessed with the ability to be grateful, shall never be deprived of barakah and increase in blessings."
