I got up in the morning, ate some honey and you were right Umar, it is really good for bowel movement.

best experience I had in the toilet! It got my seal of approval!!

        Re: pure...unpasturized...honey!

my husband buys yemeni honey (the sidr tree kind which has extra healing properties) by the kilo from a honey seller in our neighbourhood, I highly doubt it's pasteurised, it's not even in proper packaging (no labels etc), there's two kinds, one that's got loads of royal jelly in, which we keep aside for healing purposes, and the regular kind which is our everyday honey for normal consumption. You can buy the same kind of honey in the supermarket in same sized jars with labels on, but it's a lot more expensive that way.

you can put honey on burns and infected wounds and it will speed up the healing process and kill/prevent infection
