alhamdulilah...
does anyone else feel like they can push harder during a workout in ramadan..like do more and not get tired...and your heart rate goes up slowly ..:scratch: or am i the only one?
what's wrong with my heart rate ...i can do 5.0 on the treadmill and my heart rate won't budge from 153
strange, but i get that too
i can push a lot harder and feel less lazy when workin out while fasting
For that reason i progress more during Ramadhan
