lol it is, its already hitting in i can feel it, the last hours are the worst too, i spend that time floating around the kitchen.

Luckily i got some client work to keep me occupied, otherwise id probs be looking at food websites :rofl1:

Imagin if you got a job to designer either a price leaflet/flyer, restaraunt website or related..

I was thinking about playing more basketball, but then I realized when I get thirsty,the only thing I can drink is my sweat.

Tried lifting weights today 20 mins before Maghrib, not happening :( Was shaking after. Think I'm gonna stick to pressups and other light exercises for the whole month.

The only physical activity I've done during the holy month is shoot some hoops for about 15 minutes today ... and this was after iftar ...

light cardio (i.e. walking) is ok. the rest just doesnt work. trust me, ive tried energy drinks and everything to pep up.

alhamdulilah...
does anyone else feel like they can push harder during a workout in ramadan..like do more and not get tired...and your heart rate goes up slowly ..:scratch: or am i the only one?

what's wrong with my heart rate ...i can do 5.0 on the treadmill and my heart rate won't budge from 153

We like to use the term "special" for your type :-P

I think it depends on your environment also. It's hot and humid here, so by Asr' time the heat has got to me, so no energizer bunny mode for me.
