        alhamdulillah biriyani is just so yummers :inlove:

        and i had it for dinner too my sis got me a takeaway from this kashmiri place, its my fav one ever alhamdulillah

        mine never comes out nowhere near as nice but for the sake of OP, i do use yoghurt to marinade the chicken in, never tried it with anythin else so wouldnt know any better really

            My mother roasts the chicken. So it has a nice crispy skin.
            Never tried marinated with yogurt chicken... sounds nice though

                      Aw man, lamb Biryani. Who is Metroid, using a name I have once used myself! Indeed even my current day email address has that word in it. And he clearly shares my passion for Biryani. May Allah bless him!

                      That aside, personally I'd use yogurt, I feel it's sour enough as it is with that.

                        This just made me hungry - I use yoghurt. I think we should all post our biryani recipes here :inlove:
