    Ouch it hurt!!!

Got in the car this morning and at first I was ok but then I realised that when I put pressue on it (ie, using the brake pedal!) it hurt so I had to turn the car around and have a walk..............ive been drinking plenty of water as I remember someone saying it could be linked to lack of fluids as yeateray I had a drink at 1.30pm but then nothing until 10.20pm so maybe that was to blame.

    *sighs*

    :(
Take a warm bath. maybe it will help

          Old people should excercise regularly

Didja mean why don't? Here's what I do to avoid it...
I try to stay under the age of 20 :rotfl:
Nah I don't really do anything :/ During uni though it's a huge campus and the prototyping requires you to move and plus it's a two hour trek there...so that must prevent it for me
Usually if I DO get a cramp just massage it out with your knuckles (oh the pain!).
