    Salaams

2.22am this morning I had the most unbelievable cramp in the same leg again :(

    Ouch it hurt!!!

Got in the car this morning and at first I was ok but then I realised that when I put pressue on it (ie, using the brake pedal!) it hurt so I had to turn the car around and have a walk..............ive been drinking plenty of water as I remember someone saying it could be linked to lack of fluids as yeateray I had a drink at 1.30pm but then nothing until 10.20pm so maybe that was to blame.

    *sighs*

    :(

I guess the parents just gotta try to figure it out like find out if the baby tries to hold a certain part of his/her body when they are screaming etc.

If I get leg cramps it's usually from dehydration after heavy exercise.

Drink more water, or those electrolyte sportsdrinks.
Avoid diuretics like coffee or energy drinks.
