                        depends...diff people pronounce it differently.i think tho the official name is "Habshi Halwa" but i kno for a fact gujjis dont say it like that.

                        anyways for those who dont know what this is...this may help :D>>

                              thts it gajar ka halwa is the best but if u make it at home it is sooo hard work. i luv it the way my amee ji makes it. its a must that it should be made on every eid but unfortunatelythis isnt the case. but gajar ka halwa is better then what you call it...hufsee ulwah (do gujis pronounce it like that?
