Blood transfusion does not alter DNA. The recipient's DNA is still dominant so they do not have same DNA. Also, after the donated cells die, the recipient does not have any DNA from the donor left. But I don't know how this affects marriage. Best to ask a scholar.

2 people will never share DNA. DNA is unique to us all. If you're asking if two can get married after one was given the blood of another though a transfusion then yes they can.
