    asalamu alaikum, can two people with the same DNA get married after one has been given a blood transfusion with the blood of the other? salam

    Same? SAME? I'm sorry I don't know much about DNA but can 2 people have the same DNA? Whaaaaa....

    Also, I've heard that there's more likelihood for genetic diseases when people with similar DNA procreate..

      Blood transfusion does not alter DNA. The recipient's DNA is still dominant so they do not have same DNA. Also, after the donated cells die, the recipient does not have any DNA from the donor left. But I don't know how this affects marriage. Best to ask a scholar.

        This is very strangely and confusingly put. Can you clear it up?

        2 people will never share DNA. DNA is unique to us all. If you're asking if two can get married after one was given the blood of another though a transfusion then yes they can.
