Wow can't even see the resemblance to the foods before being genetically modified which I could find the natural ones in the market even in the farmer's organic markets you don't see these fruits before modification because the seeds have been changed... mad scientist ruining our precious food with their GMOs
Even though the natural foods look smaller in size, it looks much healthier I rather have that

My parents complain that food is bland in the West and is not as good as back home in Asia, I can see why....all these chemicals and carcinogenic causing GMOs (it's not just a conspiracy theory anymore , see some conspiracy theories turn out to be true! )

The article is misleading because it implies that genetic modification isn't that different from the selective breeding that's taken place over thousands of years when in fact it's very different. In selective breeding, you can just select the better tomato plant (better in terms of yield, taste, resistance to disease etc) and keep growing it but with genetic modification, you can try to combine the tomato gene with the gene of another species, another plant or even another animal to try and promote disease resistance. One person has already died from eating a genetically modified tomato because it contained fish DNA and the person was allergic to fish. So this is dangerous particularly for people who suffer from allergies, let alone the questions of halal and haram that arise if they continue to mix animal DNA into plants- what if they used pig DNA?

        • The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) states, “several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with genetically modified foods.” These health risks include:
