I’m the annoying person at the gym now. I never thought that I would be the person who is running on the treadmill for half an hour and who actually knows what to do with all the equipment but here we are 🤦‍♀️

im the only one who runs. I feel so embarrassed sometimes like people will think I’m showing off or something. I’m not trying to, I just want to do my thing and go home but people keep staring.

I need a big push, because its not something that comes easily to me(except one type of excercise like swimming which I enjoy but cant do that atm)

This is exactly my reason too. I am actually super excited to see my results. I already feel soooo much better and super hyper and full of energy.

Starting again... This Ramadhan was probably the most exercise-light one in years and years.

Have been inconsistent so inshaa'Allah will be back to doing this.

Day 1 completed yesterday. A short-ish weights session to get back into the swing of things.

I haven't posted here since Ramadan, I have been working out since Eid, its just that I'm so busy now with school that I can't be bothered to come on here everyday and log my workouts.

I have not been very good for the past few days because of my ear. I'll pick it back up after Ramadan.

My sister and I are planning on joining the woman's gym beside our house this summer to have something to do so that will be fun.
