I’m the annoying person at the gym now. I never thought that I would be the person who is running on the treadmill for half an hour and who actually knows what to do with all the equipment but here we are 🤦♀️
im the only one who runs. I feel so embarrassed sometimes like people will think I’m showing off or something. I’m not trying to, I just want to do my thing and go home but people keep staring.

It depends on what you are looking to achieve but personally, thinking about my results and where I will be a few months from now is what keeps me going.

I want to join InshaaAllaah. Really need to start excercising InshaaAllaah. Since being at home, ashamed to admit ive become lazy in this regard. Starting again... This Ramadhan was probably the most exercise-light one in years and years.
Have been inconsistent so inshaa'Allah will be back to doing this.
Day 1 completed yesterday. A short-ish weights session to get back into the swing of things.

I haven't posted here since Ramadan, I have been working out since Eid, its just that I'm so busy now with school that I can't be bothered to come on here everyday and log my workouts.

I have not been very good for the past few days because of my ear. I'll pick it back up after Ramadan.
My sister and I are planning on joining the woman's gym beside our house this summer to have something to do so that will be fun.
