    Alhamdulillah. Surprised was able to have (shortish but) heavy session.

      Okay... So day 6 was yesterday. Had another good, short session, Alhamdulillaah, before jumu'ah.

        Br Simply_Logical Not sure if you're back in the routine, but if you aren't, why not maybe a short 5-10 minute of something every day?

        You won't regret it, inshaa'Allah. 👍

            For this whole 40-day thing, Around 45ms to an hour for weights and under half an hour for everything else.

            That's the idea, anyway.

                I am doing a short 20-30 mins a day of something like following a video in addition to my 10000 steps.

                      Unfortunately I can't do any physical exercises

                      I do miss when I was proper into working out years ago

                      I've noticed though when I got into working out years ago, I neglected the spiritual side of my life and ibadah felt like a chore tbh

                          Yeah. It definitely can and does become something of an obsession for some of us. I used to be much more into it myself. Far too much of thought and energy goes into it and what starts out as something enjoyable and beneficial becomes a negative.

                          With myself I​​​​​I found I was injured more often than not and it hampered everyday things... And the extra size meant I was getting tired quicker, even started getting things chest pains.

                          Last few years I've dropped all that and just do it to keep a level of strength that's been built up over the years, to keep in decent shape and possibly even moreso, for the mental benefits of it.



                          I was going to ask, do you have some sort of serious injury, atm?
