on day 9
yesterday I didn't do anything special but I walked 15000 steps so I think that makes up for it.

Trying to keep the sessions on the short side (weights) but seem to end up being in there for longer somehow.

With myself II found I was injured more often than not and it hampered everyday things... And the extra size meant I was getting tired quicker, even started getting things chest pains.
Last few years I've dropped all that and just do it to keep a level of strength that's been built up over the years, to keep in decent shape and possibly even moreso, for the mental benefits of it.
I was going to ask, do you have some sort of serious injury, atm?
