  • On day 64.

Alhamdulillaah, had a good legs' session yesterday, by His Kindness. Was a bit worried it'd be pushing too far but actually felt really good. Should be going in again later in the evening.

Could I ask, sister, and Sr aelmo , with these high knees, what exactly was the movement intended... I thought I'd check before doing them again and just came across three very different exercises all described as high knees.

I was under the impression it was pretty much rapid jog/sprint with knees rising to above hip height or at least parallel?

That's the one we're talking here, right?

Sr aelmo - hopefully no issues from the previous swelling and on the mend?

Sr Indefinable - Not sure about through Ramadhan for me... Will probably continue with what I'm doing the best I can...

Br Faith reloaded 2 - Keeping up I hope, brother. 💪. Just squeeze in some sort of workout on those days you might not be feeling up to it... Will keep the momentum going, inshaa'Allah.

Br Kiro - Please remain awakened Kiro San!

yes my intention is never to quit again

this will be a lifelong endeavour

so far, so good. Zero days missed

I'd say knees need to be higher and jog/sprint. So try to get them as high as possible.

I dunno if I'm getting enough protein while fasting, not a lot of time to space out meals.

A little bit, but I don't notice it much, the biggest issue is the lack of energy especially when I'm hitting the heavy bag.
