the only beans I have to spill is that NUFIN works for me

I tried castor, Coconut, olive oil, argan oil (this one I haven't tried cold compressed)

i lose MORE hair when I apply oil

        It's weird, I'm weird

i have given up now because I'm too tired to make the effort

Im anaemic so that makes it worse for me

          • I use a mixture of castor oil, mustard oil and almond oil. Mainly because I wanted to try castor oil and needed an oil to make the mixture thinner. So thought maybe more oils would be better for my hair.

Yeh, getting old these days so slowing down with the posting
Yeh, I tried that jamaican one, got it from boots thinking it looks so good

                But NOTHING

I wonder what I'm doing wrong, everyone I meet blabbers about how great Coconut and castor oil are

I have given up, I'm going to finish the bottle though

Haven't tried black seed oil and I won't bother

I think for as long as I'm tired, nothing will change

Probably hair growth (length) and less dry. Mostly from castor oil.
Washing it out can cause more hair to fall out so i'm not too sure about this might have to ditch castor oil.

sis i suggest you ditch the mustard oil and use coconut oil as its replacement, really good to soften the hair Alahmdulillahj
