High fat low carb is actually better in terms of health i think

it's simple, give up all bakery products, energy drinks/juices, burgers, pizzas etc., ---
take adequate sleep 8 hours, wake up early morning.

(Ate what sylhetis call ''handesh' a couple of days ago. It had sugar. Wasn't paying attention and was talking to someone, but picked it up because it'd been left on a plate in the kitchen table. I had around 3 or 4 and I normally don't eat these. Was wondering why they tasted so good, then realised I why.)

                Not a problem

Breaking down is a good thing, it does not spike insulin, fibre also helps

It's healthy. And I've given up flour. Not vegetables.

I don't like handesh but I have a feeling if I was VERY desperate for sugar and there was NOTHING else I would enjoy because it's deep fried too

                      Alhamdulillaah... it's going great.

Just had Beechams Lemon & Honey drink - and it tastes so sickly sweet.

I'll probably continue this for a while In Sha Allaah.

(Although I did nearly relapse and was tempted to buy peanut butter protein bars - but didn't).
