I avoid certain fruits because they have lots of sugar in them too. I alternative which I eat and have it as my lunch rather than a snack. I only eat two meals a day...breakfast then anytime between 2-6pm lunch/dinner.
I do plan to cut down on carbs just because I can't handle it anymore...I'm old innit.
