I do not drink shaah or qaxwa.

I was just enjoying qaxwa chocolaat earlier.

This week has been tough, but In Sha Allaah, going back on track in a couple of days.

                          What about you?

                          • Alhumdulillah it has not been that bad. I have way less sugary stuff then I used to years ago.

Have had a biscuit or 2 occasionally. Have a square of dark chocolate occasionally too and that contains sugar. I also have them Rusk Cake sometimes and they don't taste that sweet.

There was a time I did cut out sugar but one sweet thing starts it off.

I do want to cut it out again but at the moment just limiting it and it is very limited. InshAllah very soon am going to try going without it.

                            • Alhamdulillaah. That is very good to hear.

I also have those rusk cakes, baked ones.

I cannot stand the circular ones, but the rectangular ones are very nice with some tea. I prefer the green box (with fennel seeds) in them.

We also have bakar khaniyan - less sugar, but high fat content.
