Alhumdulillah it has not been that bad. I have way less sugary stuff then I used to years ago.
Have had a biscuit or 2 occasionally. Have a square of dark chocolate occasionally too and that contains sugar. I also have them Rusk Cake sometimes and they don't taste that sweet.
There was a time I did cut out sugar but one sweet thing starts it off.
I do want to cut it out again but at the moment just limiting it and it is very limited. InshAllah very soon am going to try going without it.
