It is a matter of ikhtilaf.

Some say you can - others say you can't.

just had my last meal ate from 1:30PM to 5:30PM, so doing the warrior diet

just had acv too

no more food for today but Alhamdulillah feeling good

Alhamdulillah ate at 3:50PM till 4:25PM no more food for the rest of the day

Wake up in the mornings wanting a paranta, (sweet) egg fried bread and toast with jam. Once up and out of bed the desire subsides alhumdulillah.

Have Pakistani tea once or twice a week only and add sugar (unrefined), thats my dessert.

I've had to go Low Carb for health reasons. It's been okay alhamdulillaah but I've been going a bit overboard with the nuts and strawberries and dates.
