The lower heavens as they are described in the verses
above are decked with stars, like those building up the Milky
Way and other galaxies. It is impossible for us to travel through
them. They are merely too far away, even if we miraculously were
to reach the speed of light one day, still the life-span of a
human being is too short. It would take 10 million years, see
Universe & Space, Structure.
We have just reached the lowest heaven, our solar
system, with manned flight to the moon (NASA/Apollo) and satellites
to the outer planets (NASA/Voyager). After that we have lost track
of these satellites and they are left to be found possibly by
alien intelligence some distant day. Even messages were included
in our limited capacities, semantics and media, like LP-recordings
and graphs.
Additionally, there are extremely bright quasars
surrounding black holes , which cannot be passed by any form of
matter without being "pursued" or sucked into their eternally
high gravity. This is the case for light and astronomical observations
as well, they are simply blocked off from exceeding this boundary
of the lower heavens. Thus, even if somehow men or spirits (see
Universe & Life, Other life form)
were to cross these lower heavens and enter the zone of the "exalted
assembly", the upper heavens (see Universe
& Space, Structure), 1 billion light years away, one would
certainly be squeezed into their centre, a deadly heavy dense
mass of a dying star of "piercing brightness" as a guard against
evil. The 1990s have seen the discovery of gamma-ray-bursts in
quasars, perhaps the last energy of a giant dying star collapsing
into a black-hole. This burst of light less than a second long
contain the energy that our sun produces in 10 billion years.
How else could we describe it, but "a flaming fire of piercing
brightness" (Surah 37, Ayah 11).
The
picture show A FALSE COLOUR X-RAY RADIO-MAP OF A QUASAR, we can
associate the following Ayah from the Quran:
"And we pried into the secrets of heaven;
but we found it filled with stern guards and flaming fires.
We used indeed to sit there in (hidden) stations to (steal)
a hearing; but any who listens now will find a flaming fire
watching him in ambush"
Surah Al-Jinn 72, Ayah 8/9
Jinns are telling their story of creation and
action.
