    Blood tests

    :

I feel tired typing this so bear with me

Anyone here having problems with dizziness, hair loss, tiredness, cramps at times, feeling very low- maybe 'depressed' and emotional, breathing difficulties (rare but there) feeling weak in general? Long term, its not something new. It gets in the way of you getting things done, hard to concentrate.

The odd thing is your blood tests are normal for everything. Done more than once.

No iron deficiencies or anything else lacking.

Question is, have you found a solution? What helped you?

Try hijama that helps purify the blood from toxins and also drinking lots of water and eating a balanced varied diet and get the right amount of sleep

Yes I am having some of these problems myself. Had low blood pressure ( im not sure whether its immediately hypotension).
Looked up google back then , and realise more salt helps the situation. But i didnt really get more salt, I drank those sports drinks. I think it helps a little.

But most of the time, exercise always helps a lot of things. I think the question of morale, high or low is also important.

And I still do have some problems

I thought you were getting cakes

    Re: Blood tests

    everyone

I think it is about time I look into hijama, I've always wanted it done since having 'these' problems that don't have a reason

I am stressed though, I get even more easily stressed nowadays.
@aynina I feel the dizziness is worse during those times but that would mean I have iron deficiency which I don't according to the recent test results.
    @uccello verde
I asked them to do one for thyroid and it came out fine

    .

I'm glad as the tablets have side effects, the women I know that are taking it have said they've gained weight

I have no desire to take medication but would be so happy if one day I woke up with full of energy to rule the world

When I need to learn or read my focus goes, I switch off so quick.

    I'm still young

She ticked all the boxes for thyroid so I'm assuming yes lol

I told her to get everything checked lol. Now who knows what goes on in those labs and if they actually check it or not

I just know I'm running out of blood just by giving my blood

Loads of carbs and hayfever are the two things that make me tired and weak sis

    Re: Blood tests

    salam alaikum

i hate to be "that guy" but you should probably look into this as you mentioned mostly symptoms of sihr and ayn along with the fact you've gone for medical tests and they come back normal.

    http://www.ruqyahsharaiah.com/422946408

If you do have a problem with sihr or ayn, which most of the people on UF do then you need to tackle it now as it will only get worse and harder to treat.

Pay attention to your dreams from now on as well.

hijama helps big time but is not the cure it only lessens the symptoms.

    I highly recommend hijama

Don't get cheeky to the lady collecting the bloods. For some reason they take it the wrong way if you suggest for them to play Dracula movies in the waiting room

By take it the wrong way I mean they are a little ruthless on sticking the needle in
It may not be easy, you may not understand it, but you need to have the Imaan to trust Allah when life doesn't make sense.

If you have had those symptoms since before marriage then ignore my post but if you have been having them after then..why not do a pregnancy test?

Anyone here having problems with dizziness, hair loss, tiredness, cramps at times, feeling very low- maybe 'depressed' and emotional, breathing difficulties (rare but there) feeling weak in general? Long term, its not something new. It gets in the way of you getting things done, hard to concentrate.

The odd thing is your blood tests are normal for everything. Done more than once.

No iron deficiencies or anything else lacking.

Question is, have you found a solution? What helped you?

How is your sleep and water intake ?... Insufficient rest/sleep and hydration can cause this for me.

Hijama was good for me the first two times, it helped with my back problems and memory issues. In sha Allah it will help sis

    Re: Blood tests

Alhamdulillah that you got married,May Allah awj give you barakah in your marriage!!!

    BUT

with that info and what you have already wrote I would now lean towards you got a minor case of ayn hasad from someone.

check out the self ruqya series for self diagnosis and treatment.

Since your in the UK should be easier than here to find a sister to do hijama on you.
I don't recommend women see men fo hijama,I'm against that but again I will say that hijama is a treatment and will lesson symptoms but is not a cure for mas, sihr or ayn.

For Ayn you should start the cupping with the Kahil aka point #1,then the lower neck(#40,41 and 42) and upper back(#45,46 and 55) and maybe #4 and 5,Same area where the wudu water from the envier is poured. I'm not a pro at hijama(yet) still learning but that is my recommendation from my experience, someone with more experience can give you more information and better advice.

Everytime I read about hijama, I 'wimp' out.

I feel scared, I haven't even booked to see anyone. Obviously if I do, it will have to be a female. And the other problem is finding the right person who can carry out the Islamic method.

I asked my mum last year about it and she said not to go. I think she doesn't know much about it that's why she was reluctant.

I got hijama done a while back out if curiosity in all honesty and afterwards felt really light and refreshed. It looks pretty bad but genuinely it's like tiny cuts which heal pretty fast and you feel good later.

Hijama doesn't hurt and if your shakey seeing your own blood then get someone else to do the hijama. you won't really see the blood as it will be done mostly on your back and you can't see the cups or the blood.

I've been doing my own hijama for like 2 years now and only get someone to do the parts of my back I can't reach. when I first started doing my own it would take weeks for the bruising to go down but now as I get healthier the bruises are usually gone in a week and there is no scarring from the cuts as I;ve done the same points over a dozen times and you can't tell, the cuts are so shallow they leave no permanent mark.

I get horrible migraines from time to time and before I would have to take strong painkillers like codeine all the way up to demerol and even those barely touched the pain. I would have to stay in perfectly dark room sometimes for up to 3 days and would weep like a child from the pain.

Now when i feel a migraine coming on I cup the side of my neck and within an hour it's gone, not lessened or manageable level of pain,GONE!
it's so amazing how much hijama has helped me in the last two years and doing it myself I have save so much money,no having to buy perscriptions for epilepsy and migraines,no making appointements,no stressful visits to the doctor half way across town.

I recommend hijama for everybody except those on blood thinners, haemophiliacs etc.

once you see the foul, nasty, dark coagulated blood that come out you will be thankful you went as when you see that stuff come out you'll be a little grossed out that you didn't go sooner and get that filth inside you.

    Ibn Mas'ud said:
"The Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) narrated about the Night of Isra', saying that he did not pass an assembly of angels except that they ordered him: 'Order cupping among your Ummah."

now that hadith is weak but it has supporting hadith and there are dozens of hadith that The Prophet sallahu alayhi wasalam got himself cupped numerous times and also advised cupping.

    Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
(The Prophet (sallahu alyhi wasalm) said), "Healing is in three things: A gulp of honey, cupping, and branding with fire (cauterizing)." But I forbid my followers to use (cauterization) branding with fire."

whenever I get sick or injured with anything I first look to the sunnah for a solution and if I can't find one then I'll go see a western doctor.
Haven't been to the doctors in a couple years now as the sunnah has the all answers.

Secondly I advise you (and everyone) to start eatinghoney and black seed daily, black seed goes with everything, rice, fish, eggs, meat you can even grind it up and use it as a black pepper replacement.

Mix one to two table spoons of honey into a glass of water and drink daily. Replace all the pop and fizzy drinks with this. It's sweet refreshing and healthy for you. Muslims should only be drinking 5 things,water,milk,honey-water,tea/coffee and fruit juice.

Sunnah medicine is the best medicine

    Re: Blood tests

not read the other replies but that sounds either hormonal (hypothyroid) or else b12 deficiency. The tests for both on the NHS are rubbish. Their so called normal range is rubbish. If the thyroid is at the lower end of normal you should still consider that clinically significant. The b12 deficiency doesn't show up in tests properly because the body keeps a reserve level so the tests would still show b12 in the body even if you're close to running out of it and that's causing health problems.

B12 sublingual is a good supplement which you dissolve under your tongue and it's not harmful to health to take it even if your levels are fine (the body just gets rid of excessive b12 in the urine) so it's worth a try. As for thyroid, there's a book by Dr peatfield which explains all that stuff which I haven't read but those who have read it are very informative cos' of it. Anyway Peatfield claims to have a more accurate test of thyroid health which involves checking your pulse and taking your temperature at different times of day- I can't remember the specifics anymore but i'm sure if you look up any good online forum on hypothyroidism, you'll probably find the info there.
