    I done this as well but when I done it on a calculator I got 4 @zantz

    Solve this:

    Y = 0.18 - (0.441 / 7 + X)
    X = (0.9 / Y) - 7

    i left my gym because it was too far from the new house. now i just run around the neighborhood for about 20 min daily an hour after waking up and do some weight lifting with dumbles. im going for shape not mass lol.

    It makes you kinda lazy tbh coz theres less motivation, as in when you go gym. You get loadz of massive people so you dont wanna stay skinny all you life lol but yh that and the social side is what your missin out

    I workout at home. The beauty is I don't have to dress up, I just go the spare room and use dumbbells, I don't like going overly big. I feel nauseous looking so big its weird. Also I don't have to suffer the sight of seeing willies in men's showers.

    if you mean get bodybuilder big then probably not but if you just mean getting a bit bigger and fitter then yes. best bet check a bodybuilding forum for specifics or see if ahmeds site is still up muslimbodybuilding.com

    at the moment ive been working out at home and been doing pistol squats, no joke i did them the other day and my legs are still feeling sore...

    i did pistol squats using my suspension trainer, so its assisted but it also engages your core too, check it out

    is it your quads or your knees hurting? pistols are notorius for hurting the knees.

    However, I would recommend not doing bodyweight squats and just do goblet squats with a dumbbell. When the weight feels light, start doing front squats with the dumbbells.

    weird thing is in the gym i used to do the squats with weights on the hack squats machine,
    but these pistol squats just with bodyweight feel really intense and leave more of a sore feeling

    ive allways done power bodybuilding, trainging heavy like apower lifter but still going for shape as well as size and squats allways used to be my go to exercise for legs. love doing them especially really heavy. nothing like the feeling of sinking down thinking you cant get back up but then beating the weight. hard to explain to people who dont train...

    in the valleys in south wales where im from theres an amazing number of small gyms around. everything from people training in sheds in their garden to quite big ones with a few dozen boys in training. the one i work in has probably on average 70 to 80 members a month which is preety decent for a gym f it size. but we have bodybuildings, powerlifters, strongmen, ju jitsu, MMA and boxing all going on there so a good mix. its rough, old school gym, just how i like them lol...

    ive allways done power bodybuilding, trainging heavy like apower lifter but still going for shape as well as size and squats allways used to be my go to exercise for legs. love doing them especially really heavy. nothing like the feeling of sinking down thinking you cant get back up but then beating the weight. hard to explain to people who dont train...

    in the valleys in south wales where im from theres an amazing number of small gyms around. everything from people training in sheds in their garden to quite big ones with a few dozen boys in training. the one i work in has probably on average 70 to 80 members a month which is preety decent for a gym f it size. but we have bodybuildings, powerlifters, strongmen, ju jitsu, MMA and boxing all going on there so a good mix. its rough, old school gym, just how i like them lol...
    yea i like when youve just done a set and your legs are shaking, its a good feeling lol

    how much do it cost average price for gym down your sides?

    whenever i think of the valleys down wales i always remember joe calzaghe and his training camps before his fights

    our gym charges 25 a month which is about average.

    theres some down in cardiff that charge a tenner but theyre the big 24hr chain gyms. not my cup of tea at all.

    joes place isnt to far from me. never really liked boxing but like him fighting. tough guy fair play.

    yea i know what you mean about the commecial gyms theres quite a few here,
    gyms around here are about 20 a month but generally open 24 hours and are the more ghetto type of gyms tbh
