It's a thing that helps to stop spam, unfortunately the side effects are new users having to have some posts approved. Try not to include any links or words to do with buying/selling in your posts for the time being, inshAllah once a certain amount of posts have been made you'll be the same as any other user. InshaAllah I'll have a look at your posts see if any need approving.
