Muslims from all walks of life are encouraged to follow in the footsteps of our Beloved Nabi
and marriage, mashaAllah is a beautiful sunnah.
And truly blessed is that wife who is given the opportunity to serve her husband who in turn serves the ummah of Nabi

Yes they are allowed and I think its even encouraged to marry, right ?
Women impure are for men impure, and men impure for women impure and women of purity are for men of purity, and men of purity are for women of purity: these are not affected by what people say: for them there is forgiveness, and a provision honourable. ~ Qur'an 24:26
