Sister, I called in and spoke to the brother's. I talked about the Qur'an Club, brother Abu Mubarak asked a very valid question, which is what is the daleel for completion of Qur'an and doing with the Intention of benefitting other's, and he fear's it could be a Bid'aa.

I read him the intention of Brother TMR on the Original Post, but I've been looking into a conclusive answer. It seem's that this is a Fiqh issue that the Scholar's are divided on, however Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Malik, Imam Shafi and Imam Nawawi, Imam Tamiyah are all under the 'it is permissible' Banner.
I learnt this from a talk on youtube by Shaykh Shady AlSuleiman which cover's 'Reciting Qur'an for the Deceased' but goes into enough detail to answer the question.

Brother Abumabarak made a point that a scholar told him that there is not one hadith that justifies the congregational dua at the end of every fard salat in the masjid. i too have heard in alecture by Yasir Qadhi that there is no evidence to b found anywhere in the sunnah stating that this was done. With regards to raising hand i didnt hear anyone saying that was an issue. ALLAH knows best

anyone have any daleel on FORBIDDING the women from calling in?
though i understand and even agree that women calling in can be a fitnah, is it haram or even disliked? or is it just a matter of scholary opinon, falling on either side of the issue?

It depends on whether you think the woman's voice is part of her awrah. And whether you deem a call "free mixing".
If it made the majority of brothers uncomfortable then I spose the sisters wouldn't want to upset them.
I don't have any Daleel Akhi, but honestly I wouldn't feel comfertable knowing that Sisters were in the same conversation or even listening in. I don't know how skype works or if there is a way that only Ummah members can join into the conversation with a PIN number which is needed to access the conversation. That would ensure complete privacy and from unwanted members or Sisters joining in the conversation and from listening in.
Without being a party pooper If it can't be acheived I'd rather not join into the Skype call. I guess I think a women's voice is part of her awrah in some kind of way. I don't even listen to YouTube videos of women reciting the Qur'an.
