I am a muslim...... I self promised that I will marry an orphan girl..so that I can give her a new life and thus get reward from ALLAH .........( also to love her )
I want to know is there any specific aayaths or ahadeeth about marrying orphan girls...
how well ISLAM treats this good deed.... ??
My friend also asked me the same. So I can know myself also I can share with my friend...

There are some ayaaths of treating Orphans good and by marrying an orphan girl you are obviously going to love her and make her feel wanted.

Abu Hurairah (R.A.) reports that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.) stated "Whoever caresses the head of an orphan (in affection), solely for the sake of Allah, a good deed will be written to his account for every hair over which he passed his hand."
Narrated Sahl bin Sa'd:
The Prophet said, "I and the person who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in Paradise like this," putting his index and middle fingers together. Volume 8, Book 73, Number 34

why cant we do good deeds for the reward?
Allah has promised us that if we do good deeds, we get a reward, i believe Allah says that to inspire us to get the rewards and not the punishments

just wondering, isn't an orpahn by definition someone under the age of 15? or does that only apply to male orphans cause they can start to work and take care of themselves by that age?
May Allah reward whomever intends good.
I don't think it would be hard to find an orphan you just go to one of the poorer muslim nations and have your pick- plenty to choose from. better than leaving them there for all the kuffar to come and take them and then raise them up as agnostics (but they usually take babies and smaller children).
I know of someone who married an orphan- she turned out to be an excellent wife- he sings her praises day and night masha'Allah and all their children are very pious and well educated muslims masha'Allah.
Insha'Allah Allah will put much brakah in the marriages and families of people who choose to do such a great deed.
