    The last verse says:

I'm fond of (her/him) and (she/he) is fed up with me.
O my Lord, what is this all about?

Here maajra (or qissa) means the reason.

Ghalib is my most favourite poet.

Everyone thinks their a scholar because they know how to copy and paste, you get your ummah face on and the second you log out, you know your reality. Anyone can attain knowledge, how many can implement it?

It doesn't talk about love, bro, but life. Nothing is eternal in the world, everything has to go, and we are running after deceptions.

Lap pe aati hai dua ban ke tamanna meri

Naik jo rah ho us rah pe chalana mujhko

on my lips comes this wish as a prayer (dua)

O my Lord, my life be like a lamp

the darkness in the world be gone for my presence

there everywhere be light for my shine

my land always look beautiful because of me

as a garden is adorned with flowers

my life be like a moth, o my Lord

i may love the lamp of knowledge, o my Lord

my job be to aid the poor

and to love the compassionate and the weak

my Allah protect me from evil

make me walk on the right path

This beautiful and lovely poem is from Allama Iqbal and we used to sing this at school sometimes, but now I love to sing it whenever I want.

This beautiful and lovely poem is from Allama Iqbal and we used to sing this at school sometimes, but now I love to sing it whenever I want.

Thank You! At least some one knows it!

    duniya mein kitni hai nafratein
phir bhi dilon mein hai chahatein
    mar bhi jaaein pyaar wale
    mit bhi jaaein yaar wale
    zinda rehti hai unki mohabbatein

Some claim that u are like any one of us, But who can claim, to have visited the Arsh? We say bashr, but respect is also due. For mankind are like rocks, but a pearl are u. U travelled the 7Heavens, and ur eyes did not lie. For Jibril could not pass, but u, O Madani, glided by.
