The hidaya foundation is a charity that helps some of the poorest people among the Ummah. The Organizations allows you to help people in many areas. The6 have programs to provide disaster relief, food, clean drinking water, and marriage support ( which helps poor couples by giving them clothes, utensils, bedding and cash for wedding expenses)

They also have a program to provide healthcare to some of the worlds poorest Muslims, who make only 20-60 dollars a month.

Rasool Allah saw said in an authentic hadith, those that relief the hardship of their muslim brother in time of need, Allah will relieve their hardship in time of need.

And brothers and sisters the opposite is also true. If we abandon our Muslim brothers and sisters in the time of need, Allah will abandon us in our time of need.

The organization has many programs to choose from, so please help any way you can. You not only receive the reward of giving Sadaqa but of relieving the hardship of your brothers and sisters.

The money you donate will reach the place where its most needed. And Wallahi is a sure way to make your money count.

Here is an example if you were to donate 50 Dollars, it would serve over 200 meals!!!

And donating 250 dollars to the food program would serve 1000 meals.

The organization made a huge assistance when an earthquake hit Pakistan in 2005. And were awarded a Star of Sacrifice by the Pakistani government for their efforts.

Countless people throughout the world are stuck in a perpetual cycle of poverty. Though the parents are working hard to make a living, the meager wages they earn are not enough for them to support their large families. This difficult situation often results in parents taking their young children out of school so they could work and help support the family. These children grow up and come to age where they have their own families, but without a proper education, they are left with the same fate as their parents, working difficult jobs with little pay. And the cycle continues...

In Pakistan, Hidaya Foundation (www.hidaya.org) has started to give Qard-e-Hasna (interest-free loans) to individuals so they may break out of this cycle of poverty. Loans are given for situations such as opening small businesses, buying machinery, repairing homes, and other needs which help one stand on their own feet.

The recipient of the loan is required to return the money in full over a given time. This same money is then re-used for other individuals in need. The beautiful thing about donating towards this is that unlike other social welfare programs, your contributions will be used multiple times, for years to come inshallah.
