Shias = Kaafireen?

Do you regard shias as muslims and part of our ummah, the reasons i regard them as kufars include:

> They ask Ali to ask Allah for help, not Allah directly
> They curse the sahabas, which where the humans informed in earth they would go to heaven as they were so good
> They beat them selves up and do bloodshed, where islam says u shud not hurt urself and its haram :torture:
> They do not pray tarawi salat in ramadan

These all lead to kuffar to me, what about you?
