I really appreciate the effort/time u have put up in this thread & for devising new rules/regulations which is the need of hour. Members might feel annoyed but they have to understand that ummah forum is not just about discussions but also making members discipline/responsible towards their family/study & ofcourse housework.:p

I would like to draw u'r attention towards a serious problem which could seriously hamper u'r good intentions & bear no result wrt 10p.m rule. Off late, i have noticed that the average posting of sisters have gone as high upto 10 per day :rubeyes: ~ thats too much!

We do not want husbands/brothers/fathers calling on to Admin team & registering complaint as this would bring a bad name to Ummah Forum.:nono: The real aim is to restrict the time sisters spent on the forum and for this the average post per day has to be brought down to 1-3 per day.

I hope u will look into the problem i have raised! Thank you

Also in order to further eliminate fitnah (sisters) I have come up with another idea: :idea:

Basically on top of their daily allowance of 1 post per section of forum, if they still wish to participate in discussions, they can carry those discussions to the sisters area.

Also, it has been brought to my attention that some sisters may have difficultie getting their mehram to chaperon whilst they are on ummah. To accomodate that I have come up with another solution. :idea:
Basically, sisters in this category can ask one of the sisters chaperoned by their mehram to post on thier behalf :p

That ONE DAY I came from WORK and was proper gone case cream crackered as it is, than dragged myself to UNI where I was shattered, than went took this gruelling loooong journey HOME where I broke iftaar with my Kitty :meow: and family and was dead tired, I had pain and aches all over and thought I had the flu and was gonna meet up with the Bros and still do 20 rakah but just couldn't :crying2: seen as I was ILL and stayed home to get well again rather than risk it and end up messing up Fajr sallah, etc.

It’s a tricky question cos he fitnah does not happen at a particular time but all times can I make suggestion of separating the forum instead of waiting till u av particular number of post. That’s still the most logical I think. Tell females not to vote after a particular time disadvantages not only working woman and busy housewives but also pple from different time zones
