I didn't vote but i do like Bananna milkshakes for sure. Last time i had a Strawberry milkshake was about 7-8 years ago. They are ok, but rahter something else.

Sis Sticky...why do guys not like strawberry? Hmmmm...not sure...but a possible explanation could be about sex or gender roles. When a little boy is growing up he is constantly reinforced about being a man... i.e. fighting, He Man, etc. They (boys) are encouraged to be boys. So when the possibility of having a pink milkshake arises they will kindly decline.

Well just my theory anyway.

bananas have a lot of carbohydrates.... not fat. carbohydrates are an immediate source of enrgy, that's why you see a lot of tennis players eating them during a match.

Well sis Sticky Bannana's and grapes actually have no fat. Fruits in general, like Bro Seven pointed out are high in sugars. Bannanas have approximately 20.4g of sugar per 100g. Now that is a lot (24%)...so that is where the possible extra weight gain can come from.

Grapes have approx 15.5g of sugar per 10g's. Like doctors and nutritionists say, everything in moderation. If you overload on Bannana's then that isn't a good thing, but if you don't eat enough fruit in general that isn'ta good thing as well.

I love fruit and i cannot get enough of it...so it doesn't really worry me how much i eat. That usually leads me to eating a LOT. Anough to make my Umigee get angry and try to physically force me outta the kitchen :D. She is still pretty strong :D.
