Shall I be brutally honest, over the past few days Shiataan keeps bombarding my head to do a not very nice thing- a sin in fact and I do Dhikr and I do read my Duas and everything is fine then he comes back- it’s making me feel really ill and really tired. I haven’t committed the sin Shaitaan whispers to me about but sometimes in my mind I have justifications for it- as I’ve left this sin FeesabeelAllah since becoming ‘Islamic’ again a few months back but he keeps bombarding my head and Wallahi I feel mentally tortured. :(

Basically I need to get my mind in another direction so I’m gonna try Ummah for a few hours as when my mind is occupied, it’s ok :D
I wanted to ask… what’s the salary earned at ‘Safa Gig’ as I understand I would need to get paid more as I have been registered longer and Br Guvna also divides his loyalties between us and MPADC! Whereas I am very loyal to the company. I don’t need salary as in money but just the latest gadgets, toys, cartoons and Internet connection and access to a library of books is essential… I don’t ask for much :D

**** Important Announcement ****
After due consideration I have decided to re-structure the company operations and management position.
Firstly, I would like to congradulate the team members for being excellent in the last few days since the begining of the operation.
It came to my attention that in order for the firm to operate effeciently and in order to decrease productivity some key management decisions had to be made.
It came to my attention that some members of staff felt demotivated over the corse of time and our star team member Guvna played an important role in keeping the staff motivated for which reason I have now decided to promote Guvna to the newly created position of 'Team Leader'.
I must say, Guvna has been a key team player and furthermore has taken key management initiatives in my absense. Initially I felt those initiatives may have been weaknesses only to realise they are excellent strengths which means even less work for me.
Well Done Guvna.
With this decision, I realised that since some staff members namely Ms IG has many holiday requests which may add on to Guvna's work as team leader. Therefore I have decided to promote Ms IG to the newly created position of HR director, this means she can take as much time off as she pleases.
Well done IG.
I would like to take this oppotunity to thank everyone and hope we carry on recieving tremendous support to keep us going.

Hence, i would propose to managemnt to consider outsourcing potential candidates for recruitment to a renowned company, who have our interests in good order.. it should filter out the timewasters and frivilous work!

Dear SAFA GIG leader (snorts) Br Salman_Al_Farsi,
It is with great happiness that I am hereby tendering my resignation to you (unless my demands are met).
Although there is much to say, I believe the reasons leading to this decision are known by you and your little PR that… that Br Guvna whose only hobby is servers, and I will therefore leave them unsaid at this time.
I appreciate having had the opportunity of being a member of SAFA GIG for so many HOURS (*tee hee* ) and offer my best wishes for your continued success (let the success begin first :p )
Ok to get to the nitty gritty, I will grudgingly stay because having days off means mum will make me clean up the house, I’d rather ‘work’ but my demands are: all my royalties as described above are accepted. And that anyone promoting should be discussed with me (so I can reject them :D ) and thereofe promote myself in the same manner.
I do not appreicate being the only sister in the firm to be shoved in the backroom to do tedious filing, I have a brain (granted it’s not used much but it’s there!) and to avoid it growing mould on it I would like to exercise it- SORRY if that offends some brothers :rolleyes:
I also want control as to who I can hire and fire, this way Br Guvna can think twice before he starts on servers again :D I also want a rotating chair as this can be designed in such a way to make me relive the experince of being on a theme park ride :D
I also do not like getting up in the mornings so morning shift can mean anything before 12PM ( :p). Free food is acceptable and free tickets to Islamic conferences is brilliant too. My own car is great, granted I don’t have a liscence but that shouldn’t matter :D
I can text and phone who I want WITHIN ‘working’ hours and Lunch should not be an hour only! Think of my condition (what condition?) and allow extra 20 minutes for me to walk down the stairs. :D
I have NEARLY accepted a position with MBC Company, an opportunity to further my current career goals and achieve growth within the new company through a LEADER role. :D

I believe there has been some confusion regarding the re-structuring and management changes.
Even though Guvna has been promoted to Team Leader, you have also been promoted to HR Director. In the company heirarchy a director is superior to a team leader, furthermore as a director you have executive powers to employ/sack whoever you wish including the team leader and excluding the Managing Director (Me).
However it still means you have to work under instructions by the team leader as he has been delegated this responisbility.
I must stress this is a crucial moment in our company's development we are about to jump the corporate ladder, this is no time for grieviences, this is time to re-joyce and look beyond organisational and management differences. Our competitors, who in no way can compete with us are taking full advantage of our internal weakness.
Its time we show our competitors a strong united front of a company of tomorrow sending them in the dustbin of history where they belong.

You have to appreciate in a strict corporate environemnt there will naturally be hostility and competition between colleagues. SAFA GIG collegues work on the clock on a very busy schedule basically doing nothing, which is quiet remarkable and commendable.
If you are not happy with working conditions or pay please feel free to discuss these matters with our HR director, who is more than willing to resolve any issues. However, if you are not up for a challenging and demanding role at SAFA GIG, we will not hold it against yuo if you hand in your resignation. We currently have a long list of highly qualified individuals ready to take on challenges faced by SAFA GIG.

**** SAFA GIG Company Update and Announcements *****
Its that time of the day again. Congratulations to all members of staff and potential staff for another wonderful day.
We have so far generated 130+ posts in revenues, I am hoping this will increase by the end of the play.
Over 100 rep points have been fairly distributed amongst employees with bonuses paid to the directors.
With much regret, I would like to announce that Ms Nawar has now been relieved from her role as Operations Director. This decision has been taken after much consideration.. as it was provnig unhealthy to keep her as an employee.
This means we now have operations director's position vacant once again, which will now be merged with the marketing dept. This means Mr Guvna is now Operations Director as well as Marketing Director. Well done Mr Guvna.
Today, has been a remarkable day in the history of SAFA GIG with all credit due to our HR director Ms IG, who has contributed heavily in generating todays posts revenue. To mark this I have taken a dramatic decision to promote her to the board of directors.
I believe its a great achievement for SAFA GIG to have its first and only female member in Board of directors. Well done Ms IG.
I would also like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome our newest staff member Ms Aamilah, who will take her position as Director of Security shortly.
All of these great accomplishments show the heights individual members fo ummah can reach in doing absolutely nothing.

Unfortuntly, the rule of day off on jummah only applies to male members of the company, female collegues get the normal break for salatul Dhuhr.
however as the HR director you can ammend this rule as necessary.

There have been some rumours going around that SAFA GIG willl soon cease to exist. I would like to announce on behalf of the management of SAGA GIG that we will continue our operations as SAFA GIG doing absolutely nothing for as long as we generate revenues thru posts.
I would like to re-assure that we will soon be moving into our BRAND NEW OFFICES at the new Ummah.com Server towers.
I know this is very exciting news and everyone must be well pleased.
This also means, we now have some more TEMP vacancies for decorators and painters. since SAFA GIG believes in doing nothing, we have an option to outsource this or recruit temps. I am sure our HR director Ms IG will be more than happy to offer this positon to our RIVALS mainly Ms Nawar as a friendly gesture and peace offering.

I was not aware however that bacteria possessed a particular gender.. They certainly did not teach us this in the Infections and pharmaceutical microbiology module.
Anyhow, it is evident that if this were true, then all the major bugs would indeed be male.
