basically i gotta samsung phone right....and like it isnt carging pr0perly like i had 2 hold it upright and charge it :eek3: and my hand g0t tired maaaaan :nuts: and i don't understand whats wrong with it is?!?! :S is it the charger or the ph0ne!?!?

Not the tidal wave thorpe park bit :p but my screen totally blanked out, and was dodgey when I charged it, and the buttons didnt work :p

Basically, I had to get a new one.

don't use hairdryer!->too hot!

remove battery (and everything else that can be removed- case, sim, mem card etc..)
let phone dry for a day or two, (somewhere hot)

then try- Insha'Allah should work

and for future if it ever happens again--the battery has to be removed immediately!!!

Something like this happened to me once, the buttons got jammed and everything went so slow...but it wasn't coz of water. it was because I had used too much memory up :p I downloaded about 3 or 4 ... 2 hour long bayaans onto my phone so I could listen to it from there on top of about 70-80 Islamic nasheeds :rubeyes: but I deleted them and then it went fine again :)

I buried it in the garden next to my Motorolla flare, they both served me well.

As for your samsung, its time to let go. Makesure you backup everythign onto sim and pc if you have sync and start digging its grave :p

I think the reason that your phone has to be held upright while charging is because the charging port is damaged. And did you really record a video with your cell phone while water is splashing all over you? lol If you did, you can kiss the phone goodbye...no use drying it out. I dont know how much water(pani)went into your phone, but if it was just a little your phone could have been saved if you had taken the battery out right away away and dried it. I think you should really trash the phone, and just get a new one.

I know this sounds silly, but it sometimes worked with my Sony Ericsson, when d joystick in the middle got mashed...

Either, put it in rain for a bit...and it gets wet and somehow works, (i know yours is wet as it is, but more wet could fix it :S ) :confused:

Or, Put it down flat, or hold, and directly slap with you palm and fingers...trust its workd..im not Lying, everyone prob thinks I am stil lol, but ask K@M hes seen me do it. (I mean im not lying about actually doing it, but it doesnt always work)

My charger thing is a bit dodgy tho stil, have to fiddle around before it charges...but the above remedy fixes the joystick sometimes. You have to hit it with the exact right force.

Im not sure if it works for other fones it worked for the SE K750i, havent tried it on others...no one will let me try it...wonder why :confused:
