hyperlinks in articles - help

Have yet another computer at work. This one has been used many times by other people. Cleaned it up the best I could...here's the problem:

When reading articles and such (even ummah posts), there are hyperlinks on certain words, ie: government, casino, work etc. clicking them takes you to an ad...annoying me. I don't have the problem on my other computers.

Help anyone?

I've found Spybot to be a better cleaner!
deffinately Spyware.adware problem!
