Here's a patch for MSN Messenger.

In a nutshell, it gets rid of the ads, can remove unnecessary functionality (webcam option) and remove File Transfer protection.

lool.. dont worry.. you wont be the first to ask that!

A Patch is basically another way of sying a "Program" only that the patch is a fix for some code of the previous program which may have gone wrong!
In this case.. its a prgram which sits ontop of MSN and will clean up MSN with the crap you dont want!
