Out of Mind...

many years ago when i was in college we were ask to take a paper and a pen when we are home alone and write words passing through our minds like a rain,without thinking but just relaxing..this is what appeared after;)my teacher called it a sort of prose poem:

"Black sheet of paper,
white sheet of paper,
not a blue sheet of paper.
And white stars,
yellow stars
or maybe green stars,
green like the beans.
Nice,
like the eyes of a child.
Candies and midnight,
dark in the park
and an orange moon,
a pink dove in the trees,
in the air...
Music is my life
and my life is music.
The sky is grey
and my soul is sad...
Sadness,
a cat and a dog.
A kitten mewing...
the sun is sleeping now.
The light in my bedroom is beige,
it's silence and...
my eyes,my mind are tired.
Love...,
love is turqoise.
Not a rose...
not a heart...
Why is a rose beautiful?
I like roses,
white roses.
Maybe a tiny fairy will come now...
I have a wish...
not a big one.
I want a kiss on my eyes,
sweet dreams,
I want someone to say
to me
"Good night!"
because
I go to bed...
Home,
sweet
home...
Your beautiful eyes are my punish,
make me see the other part of the light..."

dirty soccer cleats on the floor
stupid ball
smelly socks
TEENAGERS!
dirty laundry
sink full of dirty dishes
video games and pillows on the floor
towels on the bathroom floor
good morning darling, want some breakfast?
someone around here better help with this mess!

Drowning in your stubborn hypocrascy
Like water,
Allah's blessing it clear for us to see.

Rain - washing away my pain,
Blood - racing through my veins,
Heart pumping...

I know the time has come again,
For the fight against the inhuman,
I guess that's something...




I was thinking on the bus the other day of a Nasheed called Water and that just sprung to mind when I logged in (after ages) and saw rep given by the poster above this (jazak Allah khair). I might even finish it one day then record it insha Allah.
