He then went on to the University of Wales where he completed a Ph.D in Islamic Theology. He has authored and translated many books including, 'Ibn Taymeeyah's essay on Jinn' and 'The Exorcist tradition in Islam'.

Imam Abu Hanifa is a regular guest of the 'IslamiQA' show on Islam channel. He has researched and written about Jinn and Islamic medicine. He has provided advice on Jinn possession for many years, and is one of the few experts in the U.K.

Dr. Shahnawaz Haque is a qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist. He works for a couple of charitable organisations in London, and also in a private practice as an Islamic psychotherapist and counsellor.

Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips was born in Jamaica, but grew up in Canada, where he accepted Islam in 1972. He completed a diploma in Arabic and a B.A. from the College of Islamic Disciplines (Usool ad-Deen) at the Islamic University of Madeenah in 1979. At the University of Riyadh, College of Education, he completed a M.A. in Islamic Theology in 1985, and in the department of Islamic Studies at the University of Wales, he completed a Ph.D. in Islamic Theology in 1994.

Presently, he is a lecturer of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University in Dubai and Ajman University in Ajman, UAE.

As following the Jinn seminar, IslamBradford will be showcasing the latest project, The Islamic Centre Project. IslamBradford are seeking to launch the first English Language Dawah Centre in the city and will be going through the details of the project and answering any questions you may have and also taking any suggestions.

I thought it was very good. I would have liked to find out more about the rukya procedure and more case studies like you said. Some very interesting hadiths I didnt know about.. like the one where the prophet (saw) said the majority of the ummah will die as a result of ayn (evil eye)..

Could someone give me a definition of exactly what a Jinn is? My understanding is that they are shadowy un-human figures that lurk about making trouble. I would think of them as the devil, ie. they can enter into a person and influence them to do wrong. I am also keen to learn how they come into existence. I cannot think that God creates them.

if u have Adobe professional (wihch i'm assuming is waht u used to make the pdfs), then u can select all the documents, right click and click "combine in adobe acrobat". or you can open "adobe acrobat professional" and "create new pdf, from multiple files" and then choose all the files.

and you can select the "reduce file size" option in the file menu, which may make it smallaer.
