I was wondering if anyone has any idea of how i can find a marriage partner???????

This sounds like the typical question I ask - bit about me, then maybe all will be clear??

I am a female convert in my early 30s
Living in a village with, to my knoweldge no Muslims except the Indian takeaway owners!
Am not close to the mosque - have to travel into London for that
Do not have many Muslims friends that can be used as a network
Have looked on so-called matrimonial sites to no avail

Any suggestions Insha'Allah???

Assalamu Alaikum sister.
I know that there are marriage conventions that happen around the uk, where people who want to get married come together, under islamic conditions and meet potentials, as an introductory phase. Infact there is one this coming weekend i think. I will try to find more details for you inshAllah.
