Mahabba Unlimited Presents:
ALIVE IN OUR HEARTS
United For the Prophet (saw) 2006
Date: Sunday 30th April 2006 (Bank Holiday)
Time: 1.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Venue: Wembley Conference Centre, Empire Way, Wembley, HA9 0WS
with Habib Ali al-Jifri (Yemen), Shaykh Dr Said Ramadan Al Buti (Syria), Shaykh Jihad Hashim Brown (USA), Shaykh Ahmed Ben Omar Tijani (USA), Shaykh Hasan Le Gai Eaton (UK), Dr Mohammad Sherif (Libya), Shaykh Babikr Ahmed Babikr (UK), Shaykh Mohammad Bashuaib (UK), Sidi Daniel Abdal-Hayy Moore (USA), Shaam (UK), Poetic Pilgrimage (UK), Waseem Majeed (UK) and others.
A day of celebration, singing, poetry and spiritual upliftment. An opportunity for Muslims and non-Muslims to celebrate and learn about the message and way of the Prophet (pbuh) through the words of some of contemporary Islam's leading ulama and through the music and poetry that has become the hallmark of the celebration of his life. This year's event promises to be even more poignant given the attacks in London last year and the recent controversy over the caricatures published in Denmark and across Europe. This is an important time for Muslims to come together with friends to promote the Prophetic message of mercy, civic action and peaceful coexistence. Guests are expected from across Europe, including France, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.
Tickets include lunch
£10, £15, £20 and £60
