can anyone give me tips or best places to advertise your website..

i have this site and i wish to advertise in where ity can reach a range of audience......can anyone suggest a good place to start off with? im willing to pay for it

Depends on what u are advertising.

The real question is what is hoped to accomplish by advertising. Are we talking revenue generation or just getting people to hit the web site and services.

If it is the later, look in to link exchanging. Otherwise, you need to find (generally) Internet commercial sites whose offerings can compliment yours.

(oh, and like oneshot said, get commercially listed at search engines. There are plenty of software and services offered for that.
