1) muhammed ali jinnah: helped make pakistan backstabbed all the muslims and didnt implement islam, was a drunk and did pretty much jack all...

2) ayyub khan: was a drunk boosted the economy a hell of a lot... but was a cause in the ultimate seperation of bangladesh... also didnt really do anything islamic

3) zulfiqar ali bhutto: was shiah and a kaafir and a communist... was one of the principle causes for the breakaway of bangladesh and the massacres the pakis did there...started the project for the nuke though, declared the qadiyanis kaafir, built good ties with the wider islamic world aswell...

4) zia al haq: hmmm claimed to be islamic yet opinion has it he was only using islam to maintain power... did not implement islam fully when he had the choice... persecuted islamic groups who did not bend to his will...didnt really do much in regards to development etc

5) benzair bhutto: shiah... did jack all for the country apart from rob it and now is selling its nuke secrets to the americans, was involved in killing of muhajir community...

6) nawaz sharif: started widespread construction etc in pak, but is claimed he only did this in punjab... might have robbed country but was always rich so this has been disputed.. built very good buisness ties with the arabs... put pakistan on a path of self subsistence... had some good ties with islamists but also killed many of them... tested the nuke...

No1s perfect and all have their good and bad points but generally General Zia ul Haq was the best of the bunch in my opinion.

Last I checked, they didn't have right to public education, health care, jobs, homes, nothing because they're legally not recognized by the gov. No identity, no identity documents= invisible. Lol. Special institutes? Like what? The gov. has yet to recognize them and offer a helping hand. They legally have no right whatsoever in the country. They're left to fed off in the streets. Those few who do manage to get into orphanages and the like end up running away because of the horrible conditions they live. But despite that, they remain without an identity so even if they're given a shelter as kids, they have absolutely nothing as adults.
It's not just a Saudi problem...all the Gulf nations have it too. Then of course, they're always the 'movers'/'non-settlers' who are in a similar situation.
It's a well known situation in the Gulf but no one does anything about it.
