Quick Question ...

Asalaamu alaikum, I would like some brothers and sisters to give me their opinion on the attached picture please. It is a picture of a baby, i would like the brothers and sisters to look into his ears and tell me if they see anything unusual about the ear. I dont want to say what it is, i just want to see if others see what i see or is it just my eyes. I would really appreciate feedback.

aye tht aint no normal ear..looks to be a very large ear..looks swollen near the "lobe" area..oh..and the Allah in arabic :D

it is more like two ears....one growing from the other.....like the siami twins stuff
