Password Reset + Deny New Connections

Hi,

Since Sajid shut-off the New Users Registration....
One of the users has just been told that their Password has expired...
After changing this.. it keeps comng back up with password expired...
SAAAJJJ.. is this a Bug.. or maybe a setting coz you switched off new registrations??!?!?
