Ok Thought id better make it Clear To everyone how to complain and how not too, Seems that People still cant figure it out
1) If you have a Problem with a Post. Use the Report Post Icon in the Post
What this will do is when you report it, it automatically creates a Thread in our "Reported Posts" Forum along with the details and all then when we check it we can Then remove it from there or take action if needed. Please do not complain in Threads or post 99% Chance they will be Missed or Overlooked
Also Please do not use the report post function for small minor things i.e "This person is being Silly" or "I dont agree with this person" its just time consuming for us, use it only if there is a Need
2) Access to brothers and Sisters forum
You need minimum 1 Months Membership + 100 Posts to be able to apply. If you want to Apply use the helpdesk and not the "Forum Help Section" in this way we can keep tabs on how has applied and who has not. People are Questioning our Criteria on why we are so Slow. Its a case of Getting to know a person and all...We are quite strict on ensuring people Sound like who they seem to be and not jsut any fakes trying to get themselves in the Sisters forum just to prowl around. Its harder getting in the sisters forum due to sensitivity.Brothers forum is not that Bad. The "Guy" mods Cannot and will not give anyone access to Sisters forum. Only the sisters will (anna/ilm/Chained_water).
Here are something to Ponder:
If you have 1 Months membership + 200 posts all your posts will be checked prior to givng you access..if most of them are just "lol" "ok" "Salam" or small one word liners then the chances are being granted access is Much Smaller. People would like to get to know you before giving you acess to the sisters forum due to the sensitivity of Stuff and all, so if we are slow then please bear with us.
Not for one minute we will doubt anyone But we need to make sure that everything is in order before giving access
3) Helpdesk
If you have any queries or problem use the helpdesk We will get around and reply to ALL Helpdesk Tickets at some point! Unless its something minor but 99% of the time we will respond to all Helpdesk Tickets, Since its a more Private matter between the users and the Mods you will get more attention without the interferance of other users! So make use of it Its Checked Often and regularlry and we do Respond to nearly most of the Threads in Helpdek
4) Name Changing
We do not normally allow People To Change their Names Unless its a Valid Reason, Why? Because it kinda messes things up on the Forum and Makes things confusing. Unless you have a Valid reason then we will not be able to Change it just like that. IF you want another name. Re-register and we may be able to Merge posts to the new username
