why cant i view the currents event section when im not logged on ?
why do i have to log in to see the current events section ?

Same reason why some sections are shown on other forums and some are not...

Some sections are shown to non-members so they can get a feel for what the forum is about...
And some are not...

Otherwise there would be no point for some ppl to become members
