hadith collections.Got questions please help!

Here (http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/fundamentals/hadithsunnah/)we have the ahadith collections of Imam Bukhari,Muslim a partial translation of Abu Dawud and Muwatta.
But there are also other hadiths too aren't there?Tirmidhi,Tabari and so on.Does online translations of such hadiths exist?

They do exist, but you just have to find them. If I can remember correctly, the Aalim software has sunan of Abu Dawud and Musnad of Imam Ahmed.
