subhanallah if it is that Shabir Ally, there was this major thing that went on, and he gave a lecture saying that Allah did not know the qadr and some major ullama's said that we shouldn't listen to him anymore.. i thought everyone knew about that.

Yep, it probably him from the Canadian Daw'ah Centre- for real sis. tell me this aint true- if so tell me so I dont actually go.

"Allah has not made all of his decisions yet. Wrong and totally Haram and Zandaqah to say that! Subhana Allah! Subhan'allah sis. all of us here were unawares of all of this here in the UK, we thought he was a nice teacher (though a little too friendly with kaffirs at times) we have no clue of this.

yea i guess since u guys are in a different country and all lol. It was actually quite shocking to most of us here because we would go to the dawah centre alot and occasionaly listen to some of his khutbas.

Same here- I was at JIMAS, he was good so I thought, (OK not exactly my cup of Tea compared to the top scholars there such as Sheikh Salim al Amry and Sheikh Sueb Hassan) but he was still a bit of an alright.

Has he retracted his statement and whom are the major Ullemah that have said not to listen to him any more. Man, this is not good. :(
