Have you ever gone to see your doctor and had a hard time understanding what the doctor said? if so you are not alone. health information can be confusing at times . however, your doctor wants you to understand what is wornge and what you can do to feel better, you can ask your doctor these 3 questions to help you understand your health:
1:what is my main problem?
2:what do i need to do?
3:why is it important for me to do this?
asking thses questions will help you take care of your health, prepare for medical testes, and take your medicines the right way.you might want to write down the quesions and your doctors answes to help you remember.
if you ask these 3 questions and still dont understand ask your docotor to ecplain it to you again.your docotr want you to undersant what is wornge what you can do to feel better, asking these questions will give you the information you need to take care of your health...

and if your Dr gives you a lot of medications or diagnoses you don't understand it will be good to do your homework before seeing him again so you can ask more questions, Many Dr's are only allowed to spend 10 minutes with a patient by their facility (a $ making machine in the USA)

This is a great site I found that helped me figure out side effects to medication my hubby was taking (and shouldn't have been), the Dr's rarely read your file, they ask you your history, have it correct, have copies of your file.
